The order exists, but no confirmed payment has reached Trex yet. The original payment page can be reopened for seven days.
Where your Trex IPTV order stands.
This page follows an order from payment confirmation to activation and refreshes while you wait. Login details are never displayed here; they are sent only to the checkout email.

What each order status means
Every label represents one step between placing an order and receiving a working line.
The last attempt was cancelled, rejected or expired. Start a new payment attempt using an available method.
PayGate or NOWPayments confirmed the payment, and the delivery system is creating the line.
The line is ready and login details were sent to the email used at checkout. Check spam and promotions too.
Payment is confirmed but activation or email delivery needs attention. Do not pay twice; contact support with the reference.
The order was cancelled, refunded or remained unpaid for more than seven days and can no longer be reopened.
Closed the payment page early?
Both gateways report completed payments to Trex through secure server callbacks. Closing the browser normally does not stop confirmation. Keep this page open or return with the order number. If payment was made and the status has not changed after a reasonable wait, contact support—do not pay again.
Unpaid orders
An unpaid order can be reopened here for up to seven days. After that, create a new order so the current plan price and available payment methods are used.
One order number from payment to delivery.
The tracker does not guess from the browser window. PayGate sends a signed callback and NOWPayments sends a verified webhook to the Trex order system. When either gateway confirms payment, the same database record moves into activation, then records whether the line and delivery email completed successfully.
PayGate order tracking
The payment mapping is tied to the Trex reference. A valid signed confirmation changes the order to paid and starts fulfillment once. Repeated callbacks cannot create duplicate accounts.
NOWPayments order tracking
Confirmed or finished payments are checked against the configured webhook signature, with an API verification fallback for final statuses. The tracker then reflects the stored result.
Private by design
The tracker shows only the package and progress label. Names, email addresses, usernames, passwords and playlist details are never returned by the public status endpoint.
Trex IPTV order-tracking questions
How quickly should the status change after payment?
Card and local-method confirmation can be quick, while cryptocurrency timing depends on the selected network and required confirmations. Leave the tracker open; it checks again every ten seconds while progress is pending.
Do I need to keep the checkout tab open?
No. Gateway confirmation is sent server to server. Closing the checkout tab does not normally stop a completed payment from reaching the Trex order system.
Why does the tracker still say “Waiting for payment”?
The gateway may still be processing the transaction, or the attempt may not have completed. If money was taken and the label does not change after a reasonable wait, do not pay again. Send the order number and approximate payment time through support.
Where are my Trex IPTV username and password?
For privacy, credentials never appear on this page or in its status API. Once activation and email delivery succeed, check the inbox used during checkout as well as spam and promotions.
Can I reopen an unpaid order?
Yes, for seven days after it was created. A waiting order displays a button that reopens the correct PayGate or NOWPayments checkout. Older unpaid orders are closed so current pricing is used.
What does “Payment received, setup delayed” mean?
The money was confirmed, but account creation or email delivery needs attention. The order is recorded and should not be paid again. Contact support using the same reference.
